Paul was easy to work with, punctual, professional, and answered all of our questions in addition to repairing our washer, a 13 y/o Samsung front loader...drain pump stopped working (broken impeller shaft).  Verified Great experience. He responded almost immediately to a text message for service request and was able to accommodate my issue within a 24hr period to repair with my schedule.  Paul completed the job in a timely fashion. Polite and accommodating at all levels. Will use again should we need it.  Verified Called Paul for my Samsung washer which would bang around and never finish a cycle.  He said it was most likely the rods and gave me the total cost with an option to buy my own parts.  He just left and now my washing machine is working again!

He's very responsive honest.  I would definitely call on him again for any washer or dryer repairs.

 Verified Paul is a gem of a human being. He gave me advice over text and answered any questions I asked. He didn't have to come and diagnose in person.  I had already done some research on what the problem was based on the error code and ordered the part to try and fix it myself. When that didn't work, that's when I reached out to Paul. Since my Kenmore was 14 years old, the  part to fix it would have cost about half of what a new washer would be.
