I have used Paul twice, he replaced a pump in a washing machine and even had the part in stock. This weekend I reached out to him for a service call. My washing machine was making a grinding noise. Paul suggested that I could text him a video with sound so he could hear the noise. He was able diagnose the problem. I need a new washing machine, but saved $ on a service call. He said I can still use the machine, and let it runs its' course, and he recommended a better replacement when I can't tolerate the noise anymore. Paul is knowledgeable and honest!
Had my washing machine stop spinning on me and after trying to diagnose the issue and doing my own research on how to fix it myself I finally decided I needed professional help.
